InVent PS 3 – 3 micron monodisperse resin invent, a series of monodisperse resin, reversed phase polymeric resin designed for the polishing purification and separation for pharmaceuticals and natural products. These resins have perfect spherical shape and high uniformity of particle size. It also shows an excellent stability in organic solvent, strong acid and base system, easy column packing, high resolution as well as a good tolerance to high salinity, without any tailed peak caused during the separation for alkali compounds.
By the benefits of its good performance and superior chemical and pH stability, InVent PS 3 is widely used in the purification for pharmaceuticals, modern Chinese traditional medicine, natural health care products and so on.
InVent PS 3- 3 micron monodisperse resin made from highly cross-linked polymers of styrene and divinylbenzen, has an excellent pH stability over a wide range of pH 1-14; especially shows outstanding stability in extremely acidic or alkaline solutions (such as 1mol/L HCl\NaOH) and organic solvents ( such as methanol, ethanol, acetone, n-propanol, isopropanol, DMSO, THF, acetonitrile, 6 M guanidine hydrochloride, etc.)
InVent PS 3- reverse phase polymer resin provides customers a wider choice for conditions of the process development and optimization to achieve higher purity and better yield. Its outstanding chemical stability has been proven to meet the requirements of Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) in FDA regulation. For example,
InVent PS 3 polymeric resin is able to maintain high capacity of target products (e.g insulin) after soaked in 1mol/L NaOH. As the result, it can be considered to replace C18 silica gel in some cases.
